Note: This audio CD is a companion to the T5T DVD or Paperback book "The 10-Minute Rejuvenation Plan". It's purpose is to help you really memorize all the fine-points of each movement. So by Week 2 onwards, you won't forget a thing! Every week as you build up to the required 21 repetitions (Weeks 2 - 10) there are some minor changes to the postures designed to develop your core strength, and build your overall flexibility & strength.
