What Is T5T: What's Involved?
|
| The monks recommended that you build up to the required 21 repetitions of each of the five movements gradually. Begin with just three repetitions per day for the first week - then increase repetitions by just two more per week, until you are doing the required 21 repetitions in around 10 weeks. Between each of the 5 Rites, T5T®’s Energy Breathing technique is completed three times. The complete program will eventually take you between 10 to 15 minutes per day. The average is just under 10 minutes. |

Requirements For Five Tibetans Classes

| We come to your offices & help you find a suitable space. We need enough space for each person to lie down comfortably. Meeting rooms, boardrooms and staff rooms generally work well. If you have no suitable area, we will assist you in finding alternate space in your building or location. The area needs to be reasonably quiet but it is not necessary for it to be totally sound proof. |

If you think about it – the aim is to perform 21 repetitions per day of each of the five postures – that’s 105 per day. Multiply that by 365 days per year and you will be doing 38,325 repetitions. Now you can understand the importance of correct alignment & control! T5T® has now been taught to thousands of people through workshops, books, DVD’s etc. There are around 32 Instructors who are qualified to teach T5T® in Australia, New Zealand, USA & UK – and future teachers in other countries completing our Distance Education Teacher Training Program. |
