T5T is the subject of a new book published by Lantern/Penguin called ‘ T5T – The Five Tibetan Exercise Rites. A New Exercise Program for Modern Living’ - written by the founder and developer of T5T, Carolinda Witt - who will be teaching the inaugural workshop in the Gold Coast on September 24th and 25th.
No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary - T5T® (The Five Tibetans & Energy Breathing program) is easy to learn and to remember. By the end of the workshop you will have an excellent understanding of each posture and your strength and flexibility will build as you increase the number of repetitions.

In addition to The Five Tibetans, participants are taught a number of special breathing techniques to increase energy as well as improve overall health.
