No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary - T5T® (The Five Tibetans & Energy Breathing Program) is easy to learn and to remember. By the end of the workshop you will have an excellent understanding of each posture and your strength and flexibility will build as you increase the number of repetitions.
You will be ready to continue practicing on your own. And you won't have to keep going back week after week for follow up lessons. Learning T5T is a one time cost only - there are no ongoing fees. Once leant T5T is an investment that pays dividends for the rest of your life.
In addition to The Five Tibetans, participants are taught a number of special breathing techniques to increase energy as well as improve overall health. One of these techniques is to be carried out between each posture and can be done at any time when you need to re-energise or cope with tiredness. Another will enable you to accelerate your recovery from stress and fatigue. Reducing stress has been proven to enhance sleeping patterns, decrease anxiety, depression and anger. These breathing techniques are incredibly valuable and powerful.
