Requirements
|
| We come to your offices & help you find a suitable space. We need enough space for each person to lie down comfortably. Meeting rooms, boardrooms and staff rooms generally work well. If you have no suitable area, we will assist you in finding alternate space in your building or location. The area needs to be reasonably quiet but it is not necessary for it to be totally sound proof. |

| People love their T5T. It gets them going in the morning and helps them wind down at the end of the day. Most of all they love the fact that it takes so little time, and they don’t need to go anywhere to learn it. |

Bio Carolinda Witt - Founder & Developer of T5T®
|
| As a health practitioner who had worked with the breath, I was aware that ‘how well you breathe literally dictates your lifespan’. Rather than adding ‘control of the breath’ through introducing a Pranayama practice, I wanted to free, open and deepen our natural breath. A number of clinical trials have proven 'that how well we breathe literally dictates our lifespan." fwd |
