"...I was introduced to T5T® by my sister and a Reiki practitioner visiting from India at a turning point in my life. I began practising the rites on a daily basis. As a result, my energy and zest for life began to increase and surpass where I was previously. I started to feel much stronger in body and mind, more centered and at peace. I decided to cross the tasman and attend Carolinda's Instructor Training course and haven't looked back since...."

I am excited to be the very first T5T® certified instructor in Aotearoa (New Zealand) and to carry the flame back to the home land. I’m very much looking forward to making T5T® accessible to as many people as possible on both the North and South Islands.

What I love about T5T® is the attention to safety and focus on protecting the spine. It works on building and strengthening core stability, working from the inside first. The postures are broken down so that they can be done by people at beginner levels through to advanced and no equipment necessary.

The awareness to breathing unique to T5T® can be used at any time of the day as well as part of a daily routine. Great for quick refresh at lunch time.
