I am a widow of 5 years with 3 beautiful children: My daughters Lijana and Vanja, my son James and gorgeous grand daughter Savanna. I have been an active person competing competitively in athletics (sprinting), played netball for many years and generally kept myself fit. Unfortunately around 11 years ago I developed bad pain and stiffness in both my neck and back, for which I was told there was nothing that could be done for it except cortisone injections which I was getting on a regular basis.

It is almost 10 years now since I discovered the 5 Rites by chance. While visiting a Wellness Centre for my recurring neck and back pain - an advert in a magazine for a book called "The Fountain of Youth" by Peter Kelder caught my eye. Naturally I sent away for it and what a life saver! I cannot begin to explain how wonderful it was to get back my full mobility in both my neck and back. Doing the 5 Rites has not only made me more supple than I was 10 years ago, I am painfree! (no more cortisone injections for me!) What amazed me was how quickly I began experiencing results.

I also believe doing the daily 5 Rites gave me internal strength to help deal with the painful loss of my beloved husband Jim with whom I'd been with since the age of 18.

Recently I introduced my sister Elaine to T5T® who has been suffering with painful hips, she too is marvelling at the results she is experiencing after only such a short time.

I decided to become an Instructor as I want others too to experience the wonderful benefits from these 5 simple, but powerful postures.
