A new yoga workshop that is being held on the Gold Coast is a first for Queensland - it is set to make yoga even more accessible to everyone. This program incorporates physiotherapy, Pilates, chiropractic insights including osteopathy, feldenkrais and occupational therapy to bring together T5T: The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation.

This revolutionary new health program essentially involves mainly yoga-like poses and a series of breathing techniques. The Five Tibetan Rites is founded on a blend of ancient and modern methods, based on retired British army office Colonel Bradford, who in the 1930's discovered a monastery in Tibet where monks who were old appeared healthy and ageless.

The five yoga poses (T5T) that these monks carried out daily has been practised and developed in the Western world. T5T as it is known is a modern-day, essential 10-minute exercise routine that can enahance your life and wellbeing. It isolates certain muscle groups, increases tone, flexibility, energy. It is a complete mind and body approach to physical development and provides you with the ability to heal and be revitalised, consequently improving overall general health.

T5T takes just 10 minutes per day once learnt - and won't keep costing you money. If you find you don't have time for regular exercise or the travelling to and from exercise clases is taking up too much precious time, then this is for you. Reduce stress, improve strength and flexibility and your zest for life.
