The Five Tibetans is an ancient yet simple form of rejuvenation / energy yoga brought from Tibet in the 1930’s.

No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary to complete the six-hour workshop, which is easy to learn and remember.

Teacher Carolinda Witt says by the end of the workshop you will have an excellent understanding of each posture and your strength and flexibility will build.“You will be ready to continue practicing on your own and you won’t have to keep going back week after week for follow-up lessons,” she said.

In addition to The Five Tibetans, participants are taught a number of special breathing techniques to increase energy as well as improve overall health.

One of these techniques is to be carried out between each posture and can be done at any time when you need to re-energise or cope with tiredness. Another will enable you to accelerate your recovery from stress and fatigue.

The Five Tibetans and Energy Breathing technique is taught over a six-hour workshop and includes a comprehensive workbook.
