Space
We come to your offices & help you find a suitable space. We need enough space for each person to lie down comfortably. Meeting rooms, boardrooms and staff rooms generally work well. If you have no suitable area, we will assist you in finding alternate space in your building or location.

The area needs to be reasonably quiet but it is not necessary for it to be totally sound proof.

Equipment
If the room is carpeted, a bath towel is sufficient to lie down on. If the room is un-carpeted, we provide our special shape T5T mats for sitting and kneeling on.

Yoga mats are not usually essential – but if during our site inspection, we find that they are necessary for hygienic or safety reasons – we will provide them.

Participants

  • Simple comfortable clothing - layers best
  • Can be at any level of fitness.
  • Don’t need to be flexible - ANYONE can do T5T.
  • No need to shower afterwards
  • Bring own bath towel to lie on
  • Own yoga mat if preferred

Lesson Formats Available
T5T takes just 6 hours to learn. Each participant receives T5T Book and the CD to take home with them. By using the book as a reference manual & the CD to follow along to - it is easy to progress through T5T’s step-by-step method that leads them from beginner level through to intermediate and advanced. 

If students miss classes they can still catch up by using their book and CD.

We can also provide small private ‘catch up’ classes if required.
