 T5T® (The Five Tibetans) is a 10 minute a day yoga and breathing routine that has long been attributed with increasing energy levels, restoring mental focus, inducing calm and restoring a sense of wellbeing, and purpose.

Waking up to a morning session of T5T
gets delegates up and going - and an afternoon session helps them wind-down and re-energise in time for the evening’s activities.

We can tailor these sessions to your timetable and needs. A one hour, two half hours - or just half an hour’s session of T5T
- will energise and rejuvenate your conference participants wherever you are.

For residential conferences we can also offer longer sessions. T5T
helps clear the fog out of participants' minds, and re-stores vitality to those whose energy levels are falling.

No matter how long you allocate for your T5T
session, each delegate will receive their own copy of the T5T Book and CD. Owning the book & CD allows them to continue learning parts of T5T not covered in the conference program.
